Pattern: Paul Atwell socks by Emily Johnson
Yarn: Knitpicks Stroll in the Midnight Heather colorway
Needles: 1.5 DPNs
Half of my holiday knitting is done! I've decided that these socks are going to my father. The pattern is quite easy to work with, and I like the Knitpicks yarn. It's a little on the splitty side, but works up as a nice, soft fabric.
So, that leaves one pair of socks to go:
I've cast on the Crossover Rib socks from Charlene Schruch's Sensational Knitted Socks. The above picture is what I'd managed to knock out last night. I've since added several more pattern repeats in just the limited time I had to work on them today. These guys are working up nice and fast, which is a good thing, as they need to be done by 12/21.
