Dinner


Ok, a day late posting, but I was seized by the need for veggies last night, and made a fabulous pasta primavera with a goat cheese sauce. It was lovely and springy, and exactly what I needed last night.

Lessee. Cook pasta. Saute veggies in whatever order needed to get them done at the same time (I started with garlic, added peppers, then added broccoli. Added tomatoes, goat cheese, green onions and basil last, since the tomatoes will make enough liquid for a sauce.) Add pasta.

I feel like I'm leaving out a veggie, but search me for what it was.

I hope I can convince DH to try to make this! I am a goat cheese fiend!!

My only other piece of advice is to not use grape tomatoes. They're rather unliquidy. I think even regular cherry tomatoes would have worked better.
